Virtual Staging for Unfurnished Homes

A frequent phone call we receive: “I have a new listing, but the house isn’t furnished. Is it even worth having you guys photograph it?” Unstaged homes really are some of the more difficult spaces to photograph; without scale and a sense of ‘what might be’ it’s just tough to make them look inviting. Virtual staging can help solve that problem. There are some limitations, of course, but it certainly adds a finished touch without going through the effort and expense of actually staging the home.
